New feature: Detection of Mass emails

Identifies Mass emails and sets their "Mass" category.
Option to automatically move these emails in a defined sub-folder.

This is reducing the Inbox emails and saves time in classification of emails.

Updated feature: Toggle High Email Index

New menu option added to toggle high email index on any email. It is possible now to remove "High Email Index" mark also from an automatically calculated high index.
Can be used to remove an email from "High Email Index" search folder or remove the conditional formatting.

New feature: Detailed instructions for First-time users

New TAB added in MMI Config with a list of steps to help first-time users faster get up-to-speed.
Experience from multiple users has been gathered in this action list.
Used to provide fast the benefits of MMI.

Updated feature: Shortcut in new email to apply "Thank you" template

New menu button added in new email*s menu to apply "thank you" email template.

Used to as faster option when wanting to send a "thank you" email.
